Refund policy

As an Irish company you are protected under the Irish consumer right act. In addition to this, in the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from gleesonsport.ie, you may return unused goods, along with the original packaging and labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (If it is a full priced item and not a reduced or sale item) (excluding shipping costs) or Exchange. If you have made a purchase within Ireland with free shipping over €70 you will be deducted €6.99 as this is the cost of shipping to us. We recommend that you use a reputable courier or postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods until one of our employees has signed for receipt of the goods.

Returns from outside the EU (United Kingdom, USA etc) can be expensive so best to be sure before proceeding with your purchase. The delivery charge to you is not refunded and The Irish Postal Service charges an Admin Fee of €5.95 to deal with the Import back into Ireland, this will be deducted from your refund.

When we receive the goods back, after inspection, we will issue a refund onto the card used to purchase the goods.
