Click & Collect Instore is available within minutes of your online purchase.
An Post delivers parcels Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and sometimes on Saturdays in urban areas for tracked/courier items, with next-day delivery common for domestic tracked parcels within Ireland; deliveries don't happen on Sundays or public holidays.
WE USE AN POST FOR DELIVERIES and dispatch daily Monday to Friday with FREE DELIVERY* over €70 under 30kg weight. They Deliver Monday to Friday and Saturdays in Urban areas (Not on Sundays or Bank Holidays) - Delivery is usually 24hr so the day after it is collected from us. Any delays with the An Post delivery system are out of our control. Large, Heavy or Oversize Items we will use TNT or Lynx and delivery on these items in Ireland is 2-7 days. *Treadmills have a delivery charge of €79.95, Bikes, Rowers, Elliptical Cross Trainers etc €49.95 due to their weight and Weight Sets, Dumbells & Kettlebells above a total of 30kg have a charge of €12. All items especailly Heavy items treadmills etc are Kerbside Delivery, they are not taken inside a building or up stairs. Treadmills and heavy items are often delivered on a pallet down off the truck and its up to the customer to take them from here.
- Within The Island of Ireland orders over €70 are free of charge, under €70 have a charge of €6.99 Orders received before 1pm (Monday to Thursday) usually for next day delivery by An Post
- Orders to the United Kingdom have a charge of €13.95. Returns from outside the EU (United Kingdom, USA etc) can be expensive so best to be sure before proceeding with your purchase. The delivery charge to you is not refunded and The Irish Postal Service charges an Admin Fee of €5.95 to deal with the Import back into Ireland, this will be deducted from your refund.
- For delivery of goods outside of Ireland we use UPS. You can Track Here UPS Tracking .Tracking Number is sent to you when goods are despatched.
- A base rate of €30 delivery is applied to USA, Canada, New Zealand & Australia. If items are oversize or heavy going to these countries we will have to get a quote for shipping and you will be informed of what the extra cost would be, you can then decide to pay the surcharge if any or have your purchase refunded straight away.
- USA Deliveries we use UPS and regardless of the value of your order there is a set Customs Clearance charge entering the US approx $30 plus the 15% Tariff so make up your own mind if this makes sense for your purchase.
