Run Glide Her Anti Chafe Balm will protect your skin against rubbing that causes chafing and irritation of the skin. It provides a barrier, wherever skin is rubbed by or skin on skin. Its formulation makes it easy to apply for protection for all sports.

How to Use:

Apply to area that is prone to chafing or blistering. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. Do not use on chafing or blisters that have already formed.
After activity wash off. Do not store above 30 Degrees C.

Protect Against:

Hot spots on feet and rubbing that causes skin irritation. The balm is safe on all skin types and is ideal for areas that chafe around your wetsuit, on the ankles for running and around areas prone to chafing.
